The Arizona Center combines retail spaces, offices, and entertainment venues across two towers spanning 19 and 20 floors in downtown Phoenix.
Opening its doors in 1989, the Arizona Center emerged as a key component of Phoenix's downtown redevelopment strategy during the late twentieth century.
The center maintains a schedule of regular community events, including farmers markets, music performances, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.
Located at 400 East Van Buren Street, the complex offers a 24-screen AMC theater, multiple dining establishments, and extensive parking facilities.
The plaza received recognition from the American Society of Landscape Architects for its water features and garden design by SWA Group.
