Centro Financiero Gigante, Modern office complex in San Salvador, El Salvador

Centro Financiero Gigante comprises five office towers of varying heights in central San Salvador, with the tallest reaching 70 meters. The towers house different corporate divisions and functions within a unified business complex.

The complex was built in phases, starting with the first two towers; more buildings were added over several years until it became one of San Salvador's fastest-growing office complexes. Its five towers range from 7 to 19 floors, the tallest measuring 70 metres. Tower B, the highest, belongs to the Spanish company Telefónica, while Tower E houses Walmart's Salvadoran headquarters.

The complex hosts several international embassies and major global corporations, shaping the city's business and diplomatic landscape. This concentration of international institutions makes the location a key hub for commerce and international relations in El Salvador.

The complex sits at the end of Alameda Roosevelt, in the eastern periphery of San Salvador. Around noon and again at 5:00 p.m. the streets and bus stops fill with the roughly 5,000 employees of the five towers, so visits are easier outside those rush hours.

One tower serves as the regional headquarters for one of the world's largest retail corporations. The complex is also home to multinational telecommunications companies operating across Central America from this location.
