Torre Futura, Modern office building in San Salvador, El Salvador
Torre Futura is a modern office building in San Salvador that rises 99 meters with 20 floors designed for business operations. Its exterior features large expanses of low emissivity glass covering 13,000 square meters, creating a bright interior while helping with temperature control.
The structure was completed in 2009 under the design of architect Manuel Roberto Meléndez Bischitz. Its completion marked an important development for the city's business sector and modern skyline.
A food and gathering space on the sixth floor hosts restaurants serving both Salvadoran and international dishes. From there, visitors can watch the city spread out below while enjoying meals with colleagues or friends.
Eight elevators serve the twenty office floors, allowing people to move between levels quickly and easily. Five basement parking levels provide convenient access for workers and visitors arriving by car.
Inside the building operates SNBX, the first corporate innovation hub established in El Salvador. This space brings together business leaders and entrepreneurs working on new projects and ideas for the local economy.
