La Capilla 515 is a residential complex comprising two connected towers of different heights housing 63 apartments across multiple floors. The towers share common areas and elevator systems that serve all residential units throughout the building.
The project was founded in the middle of 2004 by Inversiones Bolivar and completed two years later. This construction marked a residential development milestone in the San Benito neighborhood during that period.
The building incorporates marble finishes and a multi-level architectural design that reflects modern urban residential standards in San Salvador.
The building is equipped with multiple elevators providing residents quick access to their floors. The complex also offers parking spaces, a fitness area, a swimming pool, and additional facilities for daily living.
The taller section spans 20 floors, comprising 14 residential levels, a lobby, multiple communal spaces, and five underground levels.
