Toreo Parque Central, Mixed-use development in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico
Toreo Parque Central is a large-scale mixed-use development in the northern part of Mexico City that includes a shopping mall, three office towers, and a hotel. The entire site combines different uses in a single location designed as an integrated complex.
The complex opened in November 2014 on the site of the former Toreo de Cuatro Caminos bullring. This transformation marked a shift toward modern mixed-use development in the area.
The development blends shopping areas with public spaces where visitors gather for events and activities throughout the year. This mix of retail and meeting places makes it a social gathering point for the region.
The facility has six underground parking levels and connects directly to major roads including Periférico Norte and Avenida Río San Joaquín. These good road connections make it easy to arrive and leave by car.
A major Liverpool department store was added in 2017 and significantly expanded the retail space. This expansion made the location an even more important shopping destination for the surrounding area.
