Neiman Marcus Building, Renaissance Revival department store in downtown Dallas, United States.
The Neiman Marcus Building features nine floors of retail space with red brick exterior and white stone decorative elements at Main and Ervay streets.
The structure dates from 1914 when it replaced the original store that burned down, leading to a new era for the luxury retail company.
The building introduced the first weekly retail fashion show in the United States during 1927, establishing Dallas as a fashion destination.
The Zodiac restaurant inside the building serves lunch between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, while the espresso bar operates until 4:30 PM.
The department store reopened just 27 days after experiencing the most expensive fire in Dallas history on December 19, 1964.
