Castlemaine Perkins Building

The Castlemaine Perkins Building is a three-story brick structure with a stone base that supports the upper floors, featuring decorative grape and vine motifs on its facade. Inside, the spaces were divided into offices, storage areas, and distribution zones to serve the brewery's operations.

Built between 1918 and 1919, this structure served as the headquarters of Castlemaine Brewery, a major producer of beer in Queensland during the early 20th century. The building reflects the industrial growth that Brisbane experienced after World War I.
