The Century Towers

The Century Towers are two 28-story residential buildings in Century City with geometric layouts and extensive glass surfaces. These structures create a clean, modern profile that allows light to move across the buildings throughout the day, changing their appearance based on the sun's position.

Construction began in 1963 under architect I. M. Pei and marked the first residential project in the Century City district. The conversion from rental apartments to condominiums in 1973 represented a shift in how residential properties were developed and marketed in Los Angeles.
