Leroy and Leona David established the Clown Motel in 1985, incorporating their father Clarence's collection of 150 clown statues as the initial decorative elements.
The property attracts paranormal investigators and horror enthusiasts due to its location next to the Tonopah Cemetery and its extensive collection of clown artifacts.
Each room comes equipped with heating, cooling, television, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and free wireless internet access for guests' convenience.
Two 19-foot-tall clown cutouts named Jolly guard the entrance, while themed rooms include designs inspired by horror films such as The Exorcist and Halloween.
