The Abraham Lincoln is an 80-foot riveted-steel Pullman car built in 1910 and rebuilt in 1929 as Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Business Car No. 101. Its interior has hand-crafted satin walnut with bronze hardware, plus staterooms, an office, bathrooms, an observation room, kitchen, dining room and porter's compartment.

The car was built in 1910 by Pullman Company as a large passenger coach with many seats for public use. It was converted into a private luxury car during the 1920s to serve smaller groups of important travelers.

The car reflects early 1900s travel standards when private railroad cars served the wealthy and influential. It shows how comfort and luxury were understood during that era of American rail expansion.

The car can be viewed when stationed in Othello, where it is currently based. Visitors should check in advance for viewing opportunities, as the car occasionally travels to special events and historical exhibitions.

The car was renamed Abraham Lincoln to honour the president and his son Robert Todd Lincoln, a Pullman executive, though Lincoln died in 1865, 45 years before it was built. It was bought for $50,000 from a Los Angeles scrapyard in 1983 and restored in Tucson over eight months.
