The Ministry of Finance Building and Complex is a 120-metre tower in Bandar Seri Begawan, about five kilometres from the downtown area. It rises 20 floors above ground with one basement level and is built in reinforced concrete, a rarity in timber-heavy Brunei. Its floor area covers 21,849 m2 on a 64,684 m2 site, and it houses the Ministry of Finance, the Brunei Currency and Monetary Board and the Brunei Investment Agency.

Construction began in 1990, and the building opened in 2001 under its formal name, the Brunei Ministry of Finance Building. It was built in reinforced concrete, a rarity in a country where timber construction dominates. The ministry it houses has existed since Brunei's independence, and Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah holds the finance portfolio himself.

The building houses the Ministry of Finance, the Brunei Currency and Monetary Board and the Brunei Investment Agency. His brother Jefri Bolkiah was removed as finance minister after diverting the state budget to cover losses at his own construction company.

The building stands about five kilometres outside downtown Bandar Seri Begawan, so it is reached by road rather than on foot from the centre. It is a working government office housing the Ministry of Finance, the Brunei Currency and Monetary Board and the Brunei Investment Agency, so there is no visitor access; the tower is seen and photographed from outside.

The building is 120 metres tall, making it the tallest in Brunei and the fourth tallest on Borneo, behind Wisma Sanyan and Tun Mustapha Tower in Malaysia. It has 20 floors above ground and one basement level, and is built of reinforced concrete rather than the timber common in Brunei.
