Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas is a riverfront park along the Kedayan River with walking paths and gardens for visitors to explore. The park features open green spaces and connections to both sides of the river through walkways and crossings.

Construction began in January 2016 under the 10th National Development Plan, overseen by the Ministry of Development, and was finished eight months ahead of its May 2018 target. Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah inaugurated the park on 22 October 2017, marking the Golden Jubilee of his accession, celebrated on 5 October 2017. It was the main outcome of the Sungai Kedayan Eco-Corridor project, first called Eco-Corridor Park.

The park's name means 'Golden Jubilee Crown Park', marking Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah's 50 years on the throne in 2017. It was built on the former Mukim Sungai Kedayan, a Kampong Ayer neighbourhood whose roughly 500 residents were relocated, and the mukim no longer exists. The 6-metre promenade is used for walking and cycling.

The 12-hectare park has eleven access points: nine from land and two from the river via jetties. One land route crosses the Kedayan River on the Sultan Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Pedestrian Bridge, linking the park to the Batu Satu commercial area. A 6-metre-wide promenade carries pedestrians and cyclists through the grounds.

The park was built on the former Mukim Sungai Kedayan, a riverine mukim of Kampong Ayer that ceased to exist after the project; about 500 residents were relocated. Its eleven entrances are counted as nine from land and two from the river, the latter through jetties.
