University Laboratory School and College is a school and college on the campus of Dhaka University, situated along Nilkhet Road in central Dhaka, Bangladesh. It serves students from primary age through to college level, with classrooms, science labs, and computing facilities spread across the grounds.
The institution was founded in March 1964 as a training center for student-teachers at Dhaka University. It grew steadily over the following years, adding primary education in 1965 and college-level programs later on.
The school teaches in both Bengali and English, so students use both languages as part of their daily lessons. This shapes the sound and rhythm of the place, from classroom doors to the open corridors between buildings.
