The Arch

The Arch is a residential skyscraper in Union Square with 65 floors above ground and 2 underground levels, rising 231 meters into the skyline. The building sits directly above Kowloon Station, providing residents with immediate access to public transportation and numerous shopping facilities.

Sun Hung Kai Properties completed construction of this residential tower in 2005, marking a new phase in Hong Kong's urban development. The completion coincided with rapid expansion in the city, when vertical housing complexes addressed growing residential demand.
