Art Park is a public art venue in Yau Tsim Mong District that integrates outdoor exhibition spaces, walking paths, and green areas within the dense urban setting of the Kowloon Peninsula. The grounds combine natural landscaping with contemporary artistic elements to create an open space for modern works.

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority took over the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade in October 2012 and held over 30 events there, including the West Kowloon Bamboo Theatre and Clockenflap, drawing more than 660,000 visitors by July 2014. Construction of the Art Park began in July 2016; sections opened from December 2017 and the remainder was completed in April 2019.

The space serves as a platform where local artists display contemporary sculptures and installations throughout the carefully landscaped grounds. Visitors encounter modern artistic works in a public setting that regularly features new pieces from emerging creators.

Multiple MTR stations and bus stops nearby connect visitors to different neighborhoods and make getting there straightforward. The site is easily accessible and offers plenty of space for walking, making longer visits comfortable.

The park is managed directly by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority rather than the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and its by-laws, decided on 22 May 2016, are stricter than those of LCSD parks: events need prior written approval and pasting notices is banned. Artists criticised this as contrary to the original "shared by all" aim.
