The Guanzhong Folk Art Museum exhibits over 33,600 cultural artifacts within its 11-hectare complex at the base of South Wutai Mountain.
The museum contains forty relocated Ming and Qing dynasty residences, meticulously reconstructed with numbered bricks to maintain architectural authenticity.
The institution displays traditional handicrafts including pottery, embroidery, paper cutting, and shadow puppetry that represent the Guanzhong region's artistic heritage.
Visitors can reach the museum via Metro Line 2 or buses 215, 229, and 323, with adult admission at CNY 120 and reduced rates for children.
The collection features 8,600 stone hitching posts with intricate carvings dating from the Tang Dynasty through the post-Qing period.
