Wong Fei-Hung Memorial Hall, Martial arts museum in Zumiao Subdistrict, China

Wong Fei-hung Memorial Hall is a museum north of the Foshan Ancestral Temple on Xinwen Street, Zumiao Road, Chancheng District. Completed on 14 January 2001, it covers over 5,000 square metres and is built in imitation Qing Dynasty style. Its complex comprises an exhibition hall, an auditorium, a martial arts hall and martial arts courtyards.

The memorial hall was completed on 14 January 2001 in Zumiao Subdistrict, north of the Foshan Ancestral Temple. Its buildings were newly built in imitation of Qing Dynasty (1644–1911) architecture, a style chosen to frame the collection devoted to Wong Fei-hung.

The hall keeps Wong Fei-hung's name alive in Foshan, the city of his birth, through thousands of relics tied to him: literary and artistic works, weapons, costumes, paintings and calligraphy. Visitors can also watch martial arts demonstrations in the martial arts hall and courtyards, where the fighting style he made famous is still practised.

The hall stands on Xinwen Street off Zumiao Road in Chancheng District, just north of the Foshan Ancestral Temple, so it is easily combined with a visit to the temple. The complex spreads over more than 5,000 square metres and is laid out around an exhibition hall, an auditorium, a martial arts hall and martial arts courtyards.

The grounds feature a cinema, training areas, and a statue gallery showing representations of Guangdong's most recognized martial arts masters. This combination of education, practice space, and memorial creates a complete experience for understanding the region's martial arts heritage.
