Yuexiu Fortune Center Tower 1, Office skyscraper in Wuhan, China
Yuexiu Fortune Center Tower 1 is a 66-floor office building 330 meters tall with a glass and steel exterior that reflects the surrounding cityscape. It is part of a larger complex that includes a shopping mall and eight residential buildings, creating an integrated development with extensive office space.
Construction started in 2012 and finished in 2017 during a period of rapid commercial growth in Wuhan. Its completion marked a turning point in the city's urban modernization and downtown transformation.
The tower represents Wuhan's transformation into a modern business center, showing how the city moved beyond its industrial past. Today it shapes the skyline and locals view it as a sign of economic growth.

British architecture firm Wilkinson Eyre designed the tower as part of the larger Wuhan Starry Winking development. The collaboration with engineering firm Meinhardt Group contributed to the technical innovation in its construction.
