Shenzhen Bay Park, Urban park in Shahe Subdistrict, China

Shenzhen Bay Park is a 108.07-hectare seaside urban park on 13 kilometers of reclaimed land along Shenzhen Bay's north shore, from Shenzhen Bay Bridge to the Shenzhen Mangrove Nature Reserve. It has two parts: the Shenzhen Bay Coastal Leisure Zone and the Shenzhen Mangrove Coastal Eco-Park, divided into 14 theme zones linked by car-free walking and cycling trails.

Shenzhen Bay Park was built on tidal flats reclaimed for the Binhe Boulevards. To protect the mangroves, the road was moved over 200 metres north, and the western roadbed became the mangrove eco-park, founded in 1999 and opened in December 2000. It merged with the coastal leisure zone in 2001; the full park opened on 6 August 2011, before the Summer Universiade.

The park features the Sunrise Theater, Wedding Plaza, and Universiade Torch Tower, where residents and visitors gather regularly for events and performances. These landmarks have become part of daily life for people seeking community spaces along the bay.

The terrain is easy to walk and features designated paths for pedestrians and cyclists to access all themed areas. Information centers throughout the grounds provide guidance and help visitors navigate the space.

The site serves as a vital resting point for migratory birds traveling between Siberia and Australia, sheltering several endangered species. This ecological role makes it a notable destination for bird-watching during migration seasons.
