Riverfront Times Square, Modern skyscraper in Futian District, China

Riverfront Times Square is the 293-metre main tower of the Kingkey Xiasha Project on Binhe Avenue in southwest Futian, with 64 floors used as hotel and offices. Its floors widen upward from the one below, giving the facade a strong horizontal banding, and a canopy marks the north main entrance. Zhubo Design Group designed the complex, with Weizhong Yang as chief architect.

The complex, first known as the Kingkey Xiasha Project, was built as part of the Jingji Binhe Times urban renewal of the Xiasha settlement on Binhe Avenue. Construction ran from 2012 to 2016. The main tower reaches 293 m with 64 floors, while the three southern towers were finished in 2014. The project also carried the name Kingkey Timemark Project.

The complex is also known as KK ONE, a name displayed on the west tower and west facade, likely referencing the KK 100 tower. The five-storey KK One mall's curved grey aluminium facade was inspired by a local butterfly species and its movements, and includes a day-and-night LED lighting scheme.

The building sits on Binhe Boulevard near KK One Mall with convenient public transportation access. Visitors can explore the wide range of retail, dining, and services spread across multiple levels.

The complex was first known as the Kingkey Xiasha Project and was briefly called Kingkey Timemark Project; the KK ONE name on the west tower and facade likely refers to the KK 100 tower. Zhubo Design Group designed the master plan, with Weizhong Yang as chief architect.
