New World Center

New World Center is a commercial skyscraper in Futian with 53 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels rising to 238 meters. The structure features glass and steel throughout, with advanced elevator systems designed to efficiently move tenants and visitors through the building.

The building was completed in 2006 during a period of major vertical expansion in Shenzhen. This growth phase followed the city's establishment as a Special Economic Zone, transforming it into a modern financial center.

The building reflects Shenzhen's role as a global financial hub where international design meets local business culture. Walking around it, you see how modern architecture has become part of the city's identity and daily commercial life.
