Shenzhen Mosque is a place of worship in Futian District featuring a main prayer hall, ablution areas, and a courtyard for the community. The building combines Islamic architectural traditions with the modern surroundings of this fast-growing city.

The original mosque on Meilin Road became too small as Shenzhen's Muslim population grew, so authorities decided to rebuild on the same site. Work on the new mosque began on 25 April 2014. It was the first mosque in Guangdong funded by the government since 1949, with 30 million yuan of state money plus donations from local and foreign Muslims.

This mosque serves as a gathering place for Muslims from many different countries and backgrounds living in the city. It reflects the religious diversity that grew alongside Shenzhen's transformation into an international hub.

The mosque is accessible near Shangmeilin Station on Meilin Road and can be easily reached by public transit. Visitors should check ahead as access during prayer times may be restricted, and modest dress is expected.

The new mosque was built with nearly 50 million yuan, of which 30 million came from state funding and the rest from donations by Shenzhen Muslims and foreign Muslims. It was the first mosque in Guangdong funded by the government since the founding of the People's Republic in 1949.
