The construction of OCT Tower began in 2015 following its proposal in 2013, with completion achieved in 2020 under Shenzhen OCT Properties Company management.
The architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates integrated modern design elements that reflect Shenzhen's position as a technological center in China.
The building features 34 elevators serving its 215,973 square meters of floor space, with direct access to Shennan Boulevard in the Nanshan District.
The structural engineering by CCDI Group and Leslie E Robertson Associates implemented advanced systems throughout the 300-meter vertical space.
