OCT Tower

OCT Tower is a modern skyscraper in Nanshan District with 60 above-ground floors and 5 underground levels reaching 300 meters into the sky. The building houses office spaces, retail areas, and services distributed throughout its height.

The tower was conceived in 2013, with construction beginning in 2015 and completion reached in 2020 under Shenzhen OCT Properties Company management. The project emerged during a period of intense economic growth in the city.

The tower shapes the district's skyline as a symbol of Shenzhen's role as a global business hub. It represents the city's rapid evolution and its focus on modern commerce and technology.

The building is equipped with modern elevators and circulation systems with direct access to Shennan Boulevard. Visitors will find good signage and accessibility throughout the structure for navigation.

The structure incorporates advanced engineering systems developed by specialized design firms that enable efficient operation across its full height. These technical solutions were integrated to handle the demands of such a large vertical building.
