Tulireki

Tulireki is a steel roller coaster at Linnanmäki amusement park in Helsinki that spans 336 meters and reaches a maximum height of 16.5 meters. The track features multiple curves and turns without inversions, creating a continuous ride experience for passengers.

The coaster opened in 2004 and was built by Mack Rides, a German manufacturer. It marked the arrival of modern steel coaster technology to Helsinki's entertainment options.

The name Tulireki means Fire Sleigh in Finnish, connecting the ride to traditional winter imagery from Finnish culture. Visitors notice how the design and vehicles echo these folklore references throughout the experience.

Passengers must be between 120 and 140 centimeters tall to ride, and children over six need adult supervision. The entire journey takes about two minutes, so visitors should expect longer queues during peak park hours.

Four gondolas carry up to 770 riders per hour on this coaster at speeds around 58 kilometers per hour. This moderate speed despite the numerous turns makes it accessible to a wide age group of visitors.
