Caribbean Bay, Water park in Yongin, South Korea

Caribbean Bay is a water park in Yongin, South Korea, with an indoor Aquatic Center and outdoor zones including Sea Wave, Bay Slide, Fortress and Wild River. The outdoor Sea Wave pool produces 2.4-metre waves, while the indoor center has a wave pool, diving pool and three tube slides. The park opened in 1996 as part of Everland Resort.

Caribbean Bay opened on 21 May 1996 as South Korea's first water park, part of the Everland Resort in Yongin. In 2008 the Wild River zone added seven tube slides and a pool, raising capacity by 30%. The Aqua Loop slide arrived in June 2011, and Mega Storm opened in 2015.

The park's name comes from the Caribbean Sea it recreates, and since the Pirates of the Caribbean films, many Koreans have jokingly called it 'Pirates of Caribbean Bay'. The Aquatic Center runs jjimjilbang-style saunas and hot springs, and its wave-pool and life-jacket announcements are voiced by actress Yeo Min-jeong.

The outdoor wave pool requires a life jacket inside the yellow line, and tubes are not allowed there because a retreating wave can sweep them away. Mega Storm riders must be at least 120 cm tall, and its round tube needs a combined weight of 200–480 kg for three or four people. Lockers, towels and beach chairs are rented for a fee, and swimsuits cannot be rented.

The Sea Wave pool produces 2.4-metre artificial waves, tied with Ocean World V as the tallest wave pool in South Korea. Waves arrive about every 90 seconds, and tubes are banned there because a retreating tide could sweep them away or overturn them.
