Korea Railroad Museum

The Korea Railroad Museum presents 12,600 railroad artifacts and 26 vehicles across indoor galleries and outdoor exhibition spaces focused on transportation development.

Founded in 1988, the museum occupies a site connected to Bugok Station, which opened in 1944 as part of railway operations redistribution from Seoul.

The museum displays represent the evolution of Korean railway systems through artifacts, including a presidential train carriage from the 1950s and 1960s.

Located near Uiwang Station on Line 1, the museum charges 2,000 won for adults and 1,000 won for children between 4 and 18 years old.

Four vehicles in the collection received official cultural heritage status from the Cultural Heritage Administration in April 2022.
