The International Olympic Stadium is a football and athletics venue in the El Mina district of Tripoli, completed in 1999. It has 22,400 all-seater places, 13,200 of them covered, a natural-grass pitch inside an eight-lane track, a 675-seat VIP area, a press stand, six player dressing rooms, two referee rooms and a 600-space car park. It stands by the Mediterranean near Oscar Niemeyer's Rachid Karami International Fair.

The venue opened in 1999 as part of Lebanon's post-war reconstruction efforts in sports infrastructure. Its construction signaled the return of organized athletics to the region following years of conflict.

The stadium is the home ground of Tripoli SC and has also hosted the Lebanon national rugby league team, including a 2002 Mediterranean Cup match against France watched by 9,713 spectators. Its pitch and eight-lane track sit beside the Rachid Karami International Fair, Oscar Niemeyer's fairground on the coast.
