Luchob Park

Luchob Park is a large green space in central Dushanbe with walking paths, shaded spots for rest, and facilities for recreation scattered throughout. The park sits beside the Varzob River, offering views of the Gissar mountain range beyond the water.

The park was redesigned in the 2010s as part of efforts to improve public spaces in Dushanbe. A cemetery was added in 2017 that holds graves of important figures from Tajik arts and culture.

This green space brings together residents from across Dushanbe, who use it for everyday walks, family outings, and moments of rest within the city. You will observe locals enjoying the shade of trees and gathering in small groups throughout the year.

Several entrances around the park make it accessible from different parts of the city, with public buses serving nearby routes. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water and sun protection during warmer months.
