Clairton-Glassport Bridge, Girder bridge across Monongahela River in Allegheny County, United States.

The Clairton-Glassport Bridge extends 2,890 feet over the Monongahela River with seven massive girder sections supported by reinforced concrete columns.

The current bridge, opened on March 2, 1987, replaced a 1928 arch bridge, incorporating stone columns from the previous structure into its foundation.

The bridge connects two industrial communities, Clairton and Glassport, serving as a vital link for residents of these Pennsylvania steel manufacturing towns.

The structure carries two lanes of vehicular traffic on route USBR 50, with its main span measuring 385 feet and reaching a height aligned with Lock and Dam No. 2.

The bridge features welded girders with bolted splice plates and includes nine short spans on the Glassport side and an extended viaduct over USX Clairton Coke Works.
