Đại Lộc, Rural district in Quảng Nam, Vietnam.
Đại Lộc is a rural district in Quảng Nam located to the southwest of Da Nang. The area includes several communes with river valleys, forested hills, and scattered farming communities that visitors can explore by road.
The district took its current administrative form in 2003 following a regional restructuring. This reorganization combined earlier administrative units and established the present structure of separate communes.
The Sailing Boat Festival on the Vu Gia River brings traditional performances to the water each year. Local artisans continue making handcrafted rice pancakes, drums, silk, and incense sticks, work you can see if you walk through the villages.
You can reach the district by road from Da Nang, with Ái Nghĩa town serving as the main hub for local transport. The best time to visit is during the dry season when roads are easiest to travel.
The district contains natural features like Khe Lim Ravine and Gieo Waterfall that attract hikers and nature walkers. The Suối Mơ Bang Am Ecotourism Zone offers a chance to see local wildlife and forest life in their natural setting.
