Pütürge

Pütürge is an administrative district located in Malatya Province in Eastern Anatolia, situated at approximately 1,250 meters elevation. The territory spans mountainous terrain with several towns and numerous villages spread across its landscape.

The district emerged from an Ottoman settlement and later became an administrative center in the Turkish state. Over centuries, it maintained its role as a regional hub while undergoing significant transformations.
