Danube Flats is a residential tower stretching 167 meters tall with 47 floors situated along the Neue Donau waterfront in Vienna. The complex includes apartments, a restaurant, retail shops, spa facilities, a gym, a pool, and multiple lounge areas for residents.
Construction started in 2012 as part of Vienna's plan to modernize the waterfront district near the Danube River. This project was a major step in transforming the area into a contemporary residential neighborhood.
