Sino Plaza

Sino Plaza is a modern office tower with 38 floors at Gloucester Road that houses business spaces and retail shops side by side. The building rises 185 meters and shapes the skyline of the Causeway Bay district.

The tower was designed by the architecture firm Ho & Partners and opened in 1992 to serve tenants and visitors. The project emerged during a period of rapid growth in Hong Kong's business centers.

The building reflects how Causeway Bay functions as a commercial hub where offices and retail merge into one working environment. This mix shows how modern districts in Hong Kong operate and what visitors encounter.

The building is equipped with seven elevators to serve its retail spaces and enable quick movement between floors. The location provides direct access to multiple public transportation options throughout the Causeway Bay area.

In 2013, the building was reshaped by a design update from MAP Architecture & Planning that wove a shopping center into its lower levels. This transformation gave the aging tower new purpose and made it a more varied destination for visitors.
