Sino Plaza, Commercial skyscraper in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

Sino Plaza is a 38-storey, 185-metre office tower at 256-258 Gloucester Road in Causeway Bay, completed in 1992. Its facade alternates teal-green glass with broad vertical bands of gold or tan cladding, and a flat dark roof is capped by an open pyramidal spire with white edges. A sign reading "中糧香港" sits near the top of the left face, and glass-walled sections step outward lower down.

Sino Plaza opened in 1992 on Gloucester Road, designed by Ho & Partners Architects for Sino Land. It replaced the earlier Sea Sky Mansion and Sea Sky Commercial Building on the site. In 2013 the owners spent about HK$80 million refurbishing the mall and office lobby, roughly 70,000 sq ft of floor area, completed that December.

The name Sino Plaza comes from its developer, Sino Land. After the 2013 renovation, about 60% of the mall's tenants were restaurants, roughly 30% fashion and cosmetics, and about 10% car brands, including a Jaguar Land Rover showroom. The offices house consulates such as those of Egypt and Turkey, along with investment firms.

The building is equipped with seven elevators to serve its retail spaces and enable quick movement between floors. The location provides direct access to multiple public transportation options throughout the Causeway Bay area.

The tower's name is displayed near the top of its left facade as "中糧香港" (COFCO Hong Kong), not Sino Plaza, reflecting the signage of a tenant rather than the building's own identity. The 2013 renovation cost about HK$80 million and covered roughly 70,000 square feet of retail and lobby space.
