Established in 1996, this institution holds the notable Chun-qiu Jingzhuan from the Song Dynasty, demonstrating intricate woodblock printing techniques of ancient China.
The museum exhibits contain 137 vintage printing machines from 1865 to 1990, illustrating the evolution of Chinese printing methods and their integration with Western technologies.
Located at 25 Xinhuabei Road, the museum opens from 9:00 to 17:00 except Mondays, with an admission fee of 20 yuan and access via multiple bus routes.
The basement level spans 2,200 square meters and maintains the authentic scent of machine oil, housing an extensive collection of historical printing equipment.
