KV27, Ancient tomb in Valley of the Kings, Egypt.

The tomb features a shaft connecting four undecorated chambers, with a main chamber leading to three side rooms through a plastered ramp.

The archaeological site remained unexplored until Donald P. Ryan conducted investigations with Pacific Lutheran University's Valley of the Kings Project in 1993.

Archaeological fragments uncovered in the tomb include pieces of canopic jars bearing inscriptions related to a person named Userhet.

The installation of a steel door in 2007 enhanced the protection of the tomb, along with repairs to prevent water infiltration.

Before formal excavations, the tomb entrance provided shelter to local antique sellers and even became a temporary residence for dogs.
