Maihama Amphitheater is a performance venue within the Tokyo Disney Resort in Chiba Prefecture, with seating for more than 2100 people. The building covers around 14000 square meters and features a semicircular stage surrounded by tiered rows.
Construction started in October 2008 and took nearly four years to complete. The venue opened to the public in September 2012.
The theater hosts numerous Japanese and international productions throughout the year, from musical performances to ceremonial events and film premieres.
The venue sits around a 10-minute walk from Maihama Station and offers access for wheelchair users. Ramps, reserved seating sections, and adapted restrooms are available throughout the building.
