Fairmont Dubai is a 37-story luxury hotel with 394 rooms and 13 restaurants overlooking the city skyline. The property features twin rooftop pools and combines accommodation with upscale dining in one central location.

Construction started in 1998 and the tower opened in 2007, designed by the architectural firm Khatib & Alami. The 153-meter structure represented a significant addition to Dubai's hotel landscape at the time.
