The Collective

The Collective is a roof terrace restaurant in Palm Beach featuring five separate kitchens serving American, Italian, Asian, Mexican, and Modern Australian cuisines. The space accommodates around 300 diners in an open environment with both indoor and outdoor areas.

The restaurant opened in 2016 through the collaboration of Jeremy Davidson, Chloe Hubbard, and Wayne Hubbard, who brought combined hospitality expertise. The concept emerged from their shared vision to create a new dining model in the area.

Each kitchen operates independently while creating a space where people share meals through diverse cuisines. Visitors can sit at one table and order different dishes from various stations simultaneously.

The venue is located on Gold Coast Highway and operates daily from noon, with both indoor seating and a rooftop bar area. Visitors can move between different food stations and order from any of them.

The venue operates like a food market where guests can order from multiple kitchens simultaneously while seated at one table. This model allows groups with different taste preferences to dine together without compromise.
