SUSHISAMBA Dubai is a Japanese-Brazilian-Peruvian restaurant located on the 51st floor of Palm Tower at Palm Jumeirah. The space is defined by floor-to-ceiling windows that offer 360-degree views of Dubai's coastline, the Arabian Gulf, and the city's urban landscape.
The restaurant marks the expansion of the international SUSHISAMBA brand into the Middle East, bringing the culinary concept to Dubai in 2021. This opening established a new benchmark for upscale dining at Palm Jumeirah.
The dining space blends Japanese and Brazilian design elements in a modern interpretation that reflects both cultures through the food and ambiance. Visitors experience this fusion across every detail, from the spatial layout to how dishes are prepared and served.
Two dedicated elevators transport guests 230 meters up to the restaurant, with advance reservations required. The access is exclusive, and the elevator ride itself provides early views of the surrounding area.
