Wisata Alam Kalibiru

Located at 450 meters above sea level, Kalibiru Nature Park extends across 1047 hectares of land in the Menoreh Hills of Yogyakarta.

During the Dutch colonial period, the Kalibiru area served as a strategic hiding location for Prince Diponegoro and his resistance forces.

The local community manages the nature park through sustainable practices, incorporating traditional knowledge into the preservation of forest resources.

Entrance fees are 10,000 rupiah for domestic visitors and 20,000 rupiah for international tourists, with additional parking fees for motorcycles and cars.

The park features observation decks mounted on trees, providing views of the surrounding valleys, mountains, and Sermo Reservoir below.
