The Factory in Deep Ellum, Concert venue in Deep Ellum, Dallas, US

The Bomb Factory, formerly the Factory in Deep Ellum, is a 48,000-square-foot music venue and event space on Canton Street in Dallas's Deep Ellum district. Its single hall has an exposed dark metal ceiling grid of crisscrossing beams, a raised stage at the far end under a horizontal truss rig of lights, a dark floor for standing crowds and a raised balcony along the left side. The 2015 renovation added mezzanine seating, eight VIP suites, a centered stage with unobstructed views, a raised roof and four backstage green rooms.

Henry Ford bought the site in 1914 for one of his first automobile assembly plants; during World War II it produced jeeps, practice bombs and ammunition as Mayhew Machine and Engineering Works, and it closed in the 1970s. It reopened as a music venue in 1993, hosting Phish's 1994 "Tweezerfest" and the first Warped Tour's Dallas date in 1995, then shut in 1997. Westdale Asset Management reopened it in March 2015 with a sold-out Erykah Badu show; it was renamed the Factory in Deep Ellum in July 2021 and took back the Bomb Factory name in March 2025.

The venue's name comes from its 1914 origin as a Ford assembly plant that later made practice bombs; it reopened as a music venue in 1993 and again in 2015. Dallas natives Erykah Badu and Sarah Jaffe headlined the sold-out 2015 reopening, and The D.O.C. played his first show there after a 1995 car accident.

The venue occupies 48,000 square feet at 2713 Canton Street in Deep Ellum, with a centered stage and unobstructed sightlines, plus mezzanine seating and eight VIP suites.
