Billionaires' Row is a cluster of ultra-luxury residential skyscrapers near the southern end of Central Park in Midtown Manhattan, most of them on or near 57th Street. Several are supertall, above 1,000 feet (300 m); One57, completed in 2014, was the first. The towers rise close together above lower buildings, among them a thin pale-striped slab, blue glass grids and a beige tower with dense rows of small windows.

The first supertall here was One57, a 1,004-foot (306 m) tower between Sixth and Seventh Avenues completed in 2014; the record prices paid for its apartments led the press to name this stretch of 57th Street Billionaires' Row. The term later covered other supertall luxury buildings facing southern Central Park.

The name comes from record apartment sales that began with One57's $100.47 million penthouse, bought by Michael Dell in 2015. Many units serve as pieds-à-terre or "safe deposit boxes" for valuables, and as of August 2021 about 44% of units in seven buildings remained unsold.

Most towers cluster along 57th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, near Central Park's southern edge; walk there to compare facades. Interiors are private, and as of 2021 about 44% of units in seven buildings stood unsold, so many windows stay dark. None of the eight buildings had received its required official building inspection.

As of August 2021, about 44% of units in seven Billionaires' Row buildings were still unsold, and at least one project, 1 Park Lane, was put on hold. Many apartments serve as pieds-à-terre or "safe deposit boxes" for valuables, so few lights show at night.
