Billionaires' Row refers to a group of residential towers along 57th Street in Manhattan, where slender high-rises stand in close proximity to Central Park South. These buildings feature small footprints and extreme heights, rising above the older cityscape around them.

This cluster of residential towers emerged after 2010, when zoning regulations allowed tall buildings on small lots. Several projects followed in rapid succession, with each new tower surpassing records for height and sale prices.

The towers line the southern edge of Central Park, where apartments occupy narrow floor plans spanning many stories in slender forms. Many units remain unoccupied for much of the year, functioning as second homes or investment holdings for buyers from around the world.

The area is accessible during the day, and sidewalks along 57th Street allow visitors to view the facades from different angles. Interiors remain private and closed to the public, so the experience is limited to observing from the street.

Some of these towers cast shadows reaching several blocks north into Central Park, which sparked public debate about the impact on the park. Certain apartments remain unoccupied year after year, and their windows show no light at night, making this stretch of Manhattan noticeably quiet after dark.
