Menara Multi Purpose is a 40-story office tower rising 198 meters in Kuala Lumpur's central business area. The building houses both retail and corporate office spaces distributed across its floors.
The building was completed in 1994 during Malaysia's economic boom of that decade. American architect John C. Portman Jr. designed the tower as the country experienced rapid commercial growth.
The building represents the fusion of international architectural standards with Malaysian business practices through its integration into the Capital Square development.
The tower sits directly next to Dang Wangi LRT station, making it easy to reach by public transport. An Alliance Bank branch on the ground floor provides banking services for visitors.
Each floor of the tower has an open floor plate spanning about 835 square meters with wide views across the city. This design choice gives occupants exceptional sightlines over Kuala Lumpur's landscape.
