Capital Square is a mixed-use tower in Kuala Lumpur that houses residential apartments, a shopping mall, and office spaces in one structure. The building connects all these areas through internal pathways, creating a self-contained urban environment.

The site was a public park and the Eastern Hotel in the 1930s; after World War II the park gave way to cinemas. Development stalled in 1997 during the Asian financial crisis, leaving only the 40-storey Menara Multi-Purpose, completed in 1994. The 41-storey OT2 office block was sold en bloc for RM439 million in January 2008 and completed in 2011.

The site was a public park and the Eastern Hotel in the 1930s; after World War II the park gave way to several cinemas. The name Cap Square, shortened to Cap Square in local use, now covers a mall, a 36-storey block of 180 apartments and office towers. On 28 March 2009 the complex hosted a night charity walk for Earth Hour, and in June 2016 the UAE-based Lulu Hypermarket opened its first Malaysian store here.

The building is easy to navigate and offers visitors direct access to shopping, dining, and work areas without going outside. The internal layout makes it especially convenient during hot or rainy weather.

The 41-storey second office block, OT2, stood half-built and abandoned for about ten years after the 1997 Asian financial crisis halted work. In January 2008 Bandar Raya Developments sold it en bloc to Union Investment Real Estate AG for RM439 million, and construction resumed, finishing in 2011.
