Lighthouse Tower is an unfinished high-rise in Dubai's International Financial Centre comprising two towers connected from the tenth floor upward. The design featured 64 planned floors with integrated renewable energy systems and green spaces between the tower sections.
Construction of the tower began in 2009 under the direction of architectural firm Atkins but stopped that same year during the global financial crisis. The project has remained in an incomplete state since then.
The building incorporated environmental education elements through a four-story glass lobby designed to function as a sustainability learning center.
The structure is located in Dubai's International Financial Centre district and visitor access is limited or unavailable since it remains an abandoned project. Check current conditions before planning a visit to the site.
