Al Rostamani Maze Tower, Mixed-use skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road, United Arab Emirates
Al Rostamani Maze Tower is a 210-meter-high skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road featuring a distinctive maze pattern carved into its front and rear glass facades. The structure houses office floors, residential units, and shared amenities designed to serve both working professionals and residents.
Construction began in 2006 and finished in 2010 during a period of rapid expansion when many skyscrapers rose along Sheikh Zayed Road. The project represented a wave of mixed-use development that reshaped the city's commercial landscape.
The tower incorporates modern architectural elements while maintaining functionality through its mixed-use design of offices, residences, and communal spaces.
The tower has 25 office floors, 24 residential levels, and a rooftop pool for occupants to enjoy. Its location on Sheikh Zayed Road provides easy access from different parts of the city.
Each side of the building displays a complex maze pattern that runs from base to roof, turning the facade into a visual artwork. This design serves a practical purpose too, influencing how light and air move through the structure.
