Mall Plaza Sur, Shopping center in San Bernardo, Chile

Mall Plaza Sur is a shopping center in San Bernardo, in the southern part of Santiago, with several floors of national and international retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. The layout connects these areas in a way that makes it easy to move between them on a single visit.

The center opened in the early 2000s as one of the first large retail complexes in the southern area of Santiago. Its arrival shifted the way people in the San Bernardo area shopped and spent their free time.

The mall's name comes from its location in the southern sector of Greater Santiago, in the Nos area of San Bernardo. Its tenant mix reflects local shopping habits: a Líder hypermarket, the Chilean department stores ABC and Ripley, and a bank and financial services boulevard. The food court and Cinépolis multiplex make it a weekend gathering point for families from San Bernardo and nearby communes.

The center stays open longer on weekends and public holidays and has a large parking area for those arriving by car. Several bus lines stop nearby, making it easy to reach without a vehicle.

The mall's 77,000 m² of gross leasable area were built with an investment of US$84 million, and it holds 150 specialised stores plus over 3,000 parking spaces. Its cinema is a Cinépolis multiplex, part of the entertainment zone alongside Happyland.
