Bali Butterfly Park

Bali Butterfly Park is a butterfly house in Wanasari that covers over 3000 square meters and displays numerous Indonesian butterfly species. The space houses birdwing butterflies, swallowtail varieties, and great Mormons in open enclosures.

The facility was founded in 2011 and developed into a major conservation center across Asia. Since then, it has focused on breeding programs and the protection of native butterfly species.

The park incorporates traditional Balinese design elements that blend naturally with the surroundings. Visitors experience how the space connects local architecture with the natural environment.

The park is located north of Tabanan and operates daily from morning to late afternoon. Visitors should wear comfortable shoes and allow time for a leisurely walk through the various enclosures.

The facility houses one of the largest collections of Indonesian butterfly species in Asia, including rare protected varieties like the Bali peacock butterfly. Visitors can observe these uncommon species in their natural surroundings.
