Brisbane Skytower, Residential skyscraper in Central Business District, Brisbane, Australia

Brisbane Skytower is a residential tower in the city's central business district that reaches 270 meters with 90 floors of apartments. Inside are more than 1,100 homes in various sizes, from one bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, along with parking and shared facilities throughout the building.

Two towers of 274.3 and 131 metres by Billbergia and AMP Capital were approved by Brisbane City Council in October 2014, on the site of the cancelled Vision Brisbane project. Hutchinson Builders were appointed in 2015, and residents began moving in during 2017 while work continued. The 90-storey tower was the third-tallest in Australia at completion.

The name Skytower refers to the 90-storey tower at 222 Margaret Street, part of the 111+222 development whose companion Westin hotel at 111 Mary Street was sold in September 2015 and is now called Mary Lane. Residents occupy 1,141 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments plus sub-penthouse and penthouse units, sharing a recreation deck on the 90th floor.

The building has an eight-level underground parking garage with nearly 1,000 spaces available for residents and guests. Multiple elevators serve the height of the tower, making access to all floors straightforward and efficient.

The recreation deck on the 90th floor holds Australia's highest infinity-edge swimming pool, not the topmost level of the tower. The building was also the first in the world constructed with a height-adjustable tower crane, and its plan follows an equilateral triangle, the first Australian skyscraper on such a footprint.
