169 Mary Street, Brisbane, Heritage-listed warehouse in Brisbane, Australia

The three-story masonry building at 169 Mary Street features a rendered structure with arched openings, pilasters, and a twin gable roof behind a parapet wall.

Built between 1887 and 1888 by architect Richard Gailey, the warehouse served Queensland pastoralists William Allan and William Graham during Brisbane's commercial expansion period.

The building exhibits late Victorian architectural elements through its ornate facade, pressed metal ceilings, and turned timber balustrade staircase representing 1880s design principles.

The structure contains three floors with large sash windows, an early goods lift in the southeast corner, and parking space facing Edward Street.

From 1928 to 1960, Mauri Brothers and Thomson Ltd occupied the building before its transfer to government ownership for office and community organization use.
